1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Corecuttingwala (UNDER Vaibhav Buildtech) (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, contractors, and visitors who access our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

Corecuttingwala provides specialized construction services, including but not limited to core drilling, concrete cutting, and related structural modifications.

  • Quotes: All price estimates are valid for 30 days.
  • Modifications: Any changes to the original scope of work requested by the client may result in additional charges.

3. Site Requirements & Safety

To ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations, the client agrees to:

  • Markings: Clearly mark all drilling or cutting points prior to our arrival.
  • Utilities: Identify and disclose the location of all hidden utilities (electrical, plumbing, gas, etc.). Corecuttingwala is not liable for damage to unmarked or incorrectly marked utilities.
  • Access: Provide clear and safe access to the work area, including necessary power and water sources if required.

4. Payment Terms/Cancellation/Refund

  • Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of the work unless a milestone payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
  • All payments are final there isno cancellation or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Corecuttingwala maintains high standards of professional care:

  1. We are not responsible for structural integrity issues arising from client-directed cuts.
  2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific job.
  3. We are not liable for “slurry” or water damage if the client has not provided adequate drainage or protection for finished surfaces.

6. Intellectual Property

The name Corecuttingwala, our logo, and any photographic documentation of our work remain the intellectual property of the Company. We reserve the right to use photos of completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

7. Termination

Corecuttingwala reserves the right to halt work immediately if:

  • The work site is deemed unsafe by our technicians.
  • The client fails to make agreed-upon payments.
  • There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
